Urgent Vietnam visa

The Vietnam Immigration Department working time starts at 8:00 AM (GMT+7) and finishes at 5:00 PM (GMT+7), Monday through Friday. At lunch time from 11:30 PM to 1:30 PM, there is a short break.

Based on their working time, we provide the rush visa service as follow:

• 2 hours service (emergency visa processing):
  If you already applied for e-visa in the previous days with the entry port of Hanoi Airport or Da Nang Airport, we can speed up the visa process and complete it within 2 working hours:
  - The request and payment made before 8:00 AM (Vietnam time), the visa will be ready by 10:00 AM (Vietnam time)
  - The request and payment made before 10:00 AM (Vietnam time), the visa will be ready by 12:00 PM at noon (Vietnam time)
  - The request and payment made before 13:30 PM (Vietnam time), the visa will be ready by 15:30 PM (Vietnam time)
  - The request and payment made before 15:00 PM (Vietnam time), the visa will be ready by 17:00 PM (Vietnam time)
  
  Notice:
  - The emergency 2 hours service is NOT applicable for the entry via Ho Chi Minh City Airport. If you enter Vietnam via Ho Chi Minh City Airport, please select 4 hours service or select visa on arrival instead.
  - If you haven't applied for an e-visa in the previous days and you need your visa done within 2 working hours on the same day then a visa on arrival will be applied (25 USD stamping fee at arrival airport is required)
• 4 hours service (rush visa processing):
  If you already applied for e-visa in the previous days and it is still "in processing", we can speed it up and complete it within 4 working hours:
  + In the morning: If the request and payment made before 8:00 AM Vietnam time, the visa will be ready by 12:00 PM at noon Vietnam time;
  + In ther afternoon: If the request and payment made before 13:30 PM at noon Vietnam time, the visa will be ready at 17:30 PM Vietnam time on the same day.
  
  Notice:
  - If you haven't applied for an e-visa in the previous days and you need your visa done within 4 working hours on the same day then a visa on arrival will be applied (25 USD stamping fee at arrival airport is required)
• 1 day service (urgent visa processing)
  If you already applied for e-visa in the previous days and it is still "in processing", we can speed it up and complete it within 4 working hours:
  If the request and payment made within 8:00 - 9:00 AM (Vietnam time), the visa will be completed at 18:00 PM Vietnam time on the same day;
  If the request and payment made after 9:00 AM (Vietnam time), the visa will be completed by the next day.

- If you haven't applied for an e-visa in the previous days and you need your visa done on the same day then a visa on arrival will be applied (25 USD stamping fee at arrival airport is required)

It's really important to check the current Vietnam time when you are applying an urgent visa. It can be defined by Google with the term "Vietnam current time" or click here.

It should be noticed that all the Vietnamese Government organizations, including the Vietnam Immigration Department, have 2 days off at weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or in the Vietnamese public holidays. During these days, normal processing visa is stopped until next Monday.
If you need a visa to enter Vietnam at weekend or during Vietnamese public holidays, you will have to pay extra money for overtime service.

Notice: No normal visa application is processed before 8:00 AM (GMT+7) and after 5:00 PM (GMT+7). The visa request sent after 5:00 PM will be processed by the next day and;
At present, the overtime service for Vietnam visa at weekend is available for the entry via Ho Chi Minh City Airport only.

Normally, a visa on arrival (or e-visa) will be completed within 3 - 5 working days at the cost of US$ 45 per visa total (learn more about Vietnam visa fee). In urgent cases, it can be arranged in 8 hours, 4 hours or 2 - 3 working hours.

• For 8 hours urgent service (same day visa processing), US$ 80 added up to normal rates;
• For 4 hours super urgent service, US$ 120 added up to normal rates;
• For 2 - 3 hours emergency service, US$ 170 added up to normal rates;

In Vietnamese pulic holidays or at weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the Vietnam Immigration Department is closed so that no normal visa is being processed during these days. However, being a professional Vietnam visa agency, we can still arrange your visa approval letter in a few hours at higher service charge. It is not hidden fee as the process of the emergency visa will take more efforts of many involved people. Accordingly, an overtime visa service at weekend or public holidays will be charged more expensive than a normal one (more about Vietnam visa fees).

We always suggest our customers to apply for Vietnam visa as soon as possible (they can apply Vietnam visa 6 months before their actual arrival time) if they don't want to spend much money on emergency visa. If you don't have a visa in hand at the last minutes, you should change your flight to have more time to process your visa. If you can't change the flight, we are ready to help you at our best.
Normally, the Luna New Year (Tet holiday) is the longest public holiday in Vietnam which normally lasts from 7 - 10 days. The visitors should be aware of this and try to complete visa application 1 week before.

In most cases, there is no problem to get an approval letter (or e-visa) in emergency situations, however, it CANNOT be guaranteed. In case your application is declined by the Vietnam Immigration Department, we will REFUND the amount you've paid, except 25 USD for e-visa application fee.
